WTF
I bought this bike and only used it once or twice before the inner tubes of the wheels split open into two inch slits. Both wheels had the same problem, the holes were beyond repair. The pedals fell off in the middle of my ride, so the momentum of the pedals hit my ankle, bruising it badly. The gears can't be switched, either, even though it's a mountain bike. If I could get a refund, I would. Too bad I can't even do that. This brand new bike is even worse than the garbage I find on the streets.

nice bike, though we don't ride a lot
quick shipping, nice bike, good price! we don't ride a lot, so i can't really comment on durability. it's worked out well for spins around the neighborhood. i would purchase again.
Arrived without treads to assemble the pedals
After multiple phone calls (and hours on hold), they resent a whole new crank. They did not sent directions. After further phone calls, I finally got the bike put together.

Great bike
We bought this bike for my husband, who has short legs. We were worried that a 26" bike would be just a little too high for him to comfortably ride and touch ground for stopping... Sadly, while this bike is perfect for touching ground, the height of the seat is not far enough from the peddles for his liking, so he rides it standing up. However, he likes the bike a lot. The speeds are comfortable to use and work well, the tires are great for traction and the orange of the bike makes it easy for him to spot at work (he uses it to get between hangers - air planes)

It was easy to assemble and was packaged well. It came quickly. I plan to replace the seat with something more comfortable. We will look for a 26" bike for him another time, but he's happy with this one for the time being and since orange is our daughter's favorite color, she'll be inheriting this bike very soon :) She can't wait :)

Not Pleased
This bike requires some assembly, and the pedals have threads on them that you use to attach them to the bike. They simply turn/thread on, and there is no nut on the backside to keep them in place. As my son rode the bike, on occasion he would back pedal when he was coasting, and the pedal would back its way out, essentially unthreading itself. Before we realized this was happening, it came off as he was riding it as he stepped down on it to pedal causing him to crash his bike. I thought I hadn't tightened it correctly, but after putting it back on, the same thing continued to happen. The rest of the bike seems fine.
Easy to put together, Perfect size for my 10 year old.
My sons favorite color is orange, and he is a tall 10 year old, so the 24" size is perfect and will last a while.
