Awesome Bike
This is a great starter bike and works without any problems as long as you get a professional to put it together. I originally bought this same bike from walmart and the rear derailer broke after two rides. This wasn't the manufactures fault but the fault of walmart who had an un-experienced kid put my bike together. I took the entire bike, broken part and all, to Bicycle World and they told me it was a great bike, that it was just assembled poorly. Learned my lesson. Will never deal with walmart and their awful customer service again.

Also comes with an Allen wrench and another tool that will make any future repairs a breeze and it was really easy to install my water bottle holder.

Such a great bike, we bought a 2nd one
The wife and I have each been riding for as long as we can remember. We both have owned every variety of bike known to exist, from bmx to road to track to hybrid to beach cruisers.... ( if you can see my purchase history, I ordered a single speed urban assault bike to go with this one ) We bought this exact TITAN for the wife at a bike shop, and paid about $60 more for it back in January. It is a solid piece of machinery. We were both very impressed with the gearing, brakes, and the amount of abuse it can take. She really likes it as an all-terrain bike, so it spent 75% of its time off road, 2-5 miles per trip. Her TITAN was stolen recently, and she wanted to replace it with the same bike, so I just googled it and found it here for a great deal. BUY IT. Then replace the seat with a much better padded one available anywhere, ( even on Amazon.... ) then commence beating the heck out of it all day every day. Dont worry, the bike can handle a serious beating. I recommend it...

I actually purchased this bike at Target, it's great and really solid. The ride is smooth and it really CAN take a beating. I'm an avid biker but also enjoy a good price range. I've had bikes more expensive than this, that fell apart unexpectedly but the Titan sure can hold together! Don't underestimate it as a non- professional bike. It's performance will catch you by surprise. Those having issues with putting it together, I think that has everything to do with being damaged during delivery. I always pick up a bike from the store itself, had other bikes damaged in the back of a delivery service van. UPS- FedEx. Doesn't matter. So you always need to cross your fingers if it's being delivered to your home. Overall- it's simple to put together, durable and fast for a non- pro bike. Which I got to say, a lot of mainstream, expensive bikes put a hurt on your wallet. When you can find a bike good enough to share some equality in quality!

One Good Bike!
I purchased this bike for my girlfriend for Christmas. It was easy to finish assembling and the adjustments were minimal. We have gone out for a few rides and the bike has worked fine. The bike came in a box that was heavily damaged but to my suprise the bike only had a very small scratch on the front fork which was covered up when the tire was installed. If there is a drawback it is the packaging. A heavier box would have been better. I think this is a good value for the price.

Good Ride
Its been a while since I rode a bike and I didn't want to invest to much money into something that I might not enjoy using. I've got to tell you though, this bike is a great deal. It's attractive, light weight and handles very well. I have taken it on a 6 mile bike ride and it rode great going up the hills.

I would recommend this bike to everyone. My husband has a bike that cost 3 times the amount of mine, and it does not ride as well.
It's NOT assembled!
I was extremely disappointed when the package arrived because the bike was totally UNASSEMBLED, even though its online description clearly states the opposite. I only ordered this bike, because I wanted to avoid the trouble of assembling. But this bike came in pieces and is not simple to assemble (you need tools to assemble it).

The bike itself is stable, but it doesn't ride smoothly and the seat is rather hard, which might be noticeable in the first days of riding it. In all, I think the bike was not worth its price.

Disappointing
Nice concept, but... Mine were delivered with a missing rivet. Construction seems week. Not much actual padding, just the rigid shell which fit uncomfortably around the knee area. Also the thigh portion doesn't remain flush against leg which makes it awkward to wear with shorts or under pants regardless of bagginess. Might fit better for someone with skinny legs, perhaps.

not built for thick calves. quality is good but the lower part of the guards are very slim and don't feel comfortable when you're riding with them. this is definitely for downhillers which i am not.

Excellent quality
The titan prime is excellent. The handle bars, brake handles and shifters are super nice and ergonomically correct. What feels the best is simply how light this bike is; I have picked up similar mountain bikes that weigh twice as much! I plan on adding an engine kit so I wanted a heavy duty bike, but it needed to be light. The Titan is perfect. One gear on the de-railer was off slightly, but I plan on taking it to a bike shop to make sure everything is accurate and correct anyways. I had a feeling this bike would ride excellent and it does. I was weary of the fact there aren't any online reviews.

I was looking at buying a GT or Trek, but to get a quality bike like this from GT or TREK it would cost about $600+. I'm 5'9 and the bike is perfect, but I noticed this bike does not come in different frame sizes so if your taller than 5'9" then this bike will probably not be good for you, if you are shorter the bike will still be comfortable.

Titan
I have really enjoyed this bike....be forewarned you do get what you pay for here. If something breaks, it is very difficult to attain the correct part, and hopefully you have resourceful family members who can find and rig suitable replacements. The inner tubes lasted a surprisingly long time(considering I ride about 10-15 hrs a week on very rough terrain.)FYI A nail gun nail actually did one of them in...not the terrain. A few problems with the gears not locking into place, but then again, with that you get what you pay for. All in all, it will take a pretty good beating...and I have enjoyed the increase in speed and NOT having to stand up and pump to go up every hill.

Very Good Bike
I purchased this bike as part of my plan to cut down on both cost and time getting around NYC, and for all intensive purposes it has accomplished both. This bike works flawlessly for the most part, and I would recommend it to most people looking to purchase a bike.

I say most people because there are a couple of short comings with the Titan Fusion, which if improved upon would make this bike excellent. The fist qualm that I've, is the extra weight that this bike has. Although not extremely heavy I've ridden other bikes that weight less than the Titan Fusion, while at the same time managing to maintain all of the same features. Second, the front shifter is off and must be replaced (contacted Titan customer support). I know some of you might argue that the shifter and derailer are not adjusted properly, thus the difficulty in changing gears. However, after failing to adjust the front gear to the appropriate position I sought out professional help at a local bike store. The...
This Mountain Bike Rocks!!!!
I purchased this mens mountain bike on July 1, 2011. When it arrived at my home I immediately took it to a reputable bike shop in my area for proper assembly and adjustments, etc. The bike shop called me and told me that the front fork on the bike was bent, and that this had obviously occurred during shipment via UPS. So it took the manufacturer almost 2 whole weeks to ship the fork that I needed because they told me they were short of staff, etc. So on July 21, 2011, I finally was able to pick up my mountain bike completely assembled.

The next day I took it for a spin on normal road pavement and was extremely impressed with the speed and ease of handling with this mountain bike. So far I am not having any problems at all with the gear shifters, etc. Everything is working great and I can sincerely appreciate that. This bike is incredibly fast once you get going on it!! And just like the other poster, I have received tons of compliments on the appearance of this bike. Super...
