Great results, decent product.
I'm very physically active; I weight lift and jog routinely, but I've never tried to use a foam roller before. I read about foam rolling and massage therapy while researching cures for tennis elbow and bought this product based on Grid's positive reviews.
The Good
- Foam rolling does wonders for sore muscles and stress relief! I'm hooked; I use it at least every other day.
- It's efficient: for me, 10minutes on the roller is as good as 40minutes of static stretching, though both traditional stretching and foam rolling compliment each other.
- The sturdy plastic core design.
The Bad
- The Grid 2.0 SPLIT IN HALF on me. One half of the cylinder connects to the other by a smaller diameter inner cylinder. There appears to be a small amount of adhesive that was used to connect the cylinders, and when that gave out after a few days use the only way to reconnect the two half is by shoving them together... it's not a strong mechanical hold and the two...

The Best There Is
If you've used the smaller version of the trigger point roller, you'll know how frustrating it can be trying to balance on certain areas. This is awesome, it allows you to maximize coverage as you roll. While the smaller version is great in terms of portability, this is the one you should have at home. Penetrates the knots and tight muscles, a great product.

I bought it for my husband, a complete must if you or someone has lower back problems. there are cheaper ones on the market that are made of all foam, but this product will last a lifetime. be careful taking it to the gym, its orange...it will look dirty really quick. My husbands wipes it down with clorex wipes.
