I didn't know what a difference new high-end components would make in updating my vintage 1982 mountain bike! I reworked my 1982 Specialized Stump Jumper (the original model) with all new high-end components from SRAM and WOW! What a ride! Perfect, effortless shifting every time! Highly recommended!

Better than Shimanto XTR it replaced.
I expected improved shifting with the XO drive train, but the result is incredible. Shifting is almost telepathic with full XO components. Gear shifts are instant, almost silent and flawless.

Shifts perfectly well. People stare at the gold and carbon looks. Matched well with the x0 gold shifters as well as shimano XT front derailler.
